1. Agreement & Customer Responsibility

• All purchases constitute agreement to these Store Policies

• Customers are responsible for:

  • Reading product descriptions

  • Understanding terms before payment

  • Completing payments within agreed timelines

• Verbal or written confirmation, including payment, constitutes acceptance of these terms

Secret Kreasure reserves the right to refuse service to any party who does not comply with these policies.

2. Pricing, Promotions & Sales Channels

• Prices are listed in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia) unless stated otherwise

• Prices may vary across:

  • Website

  • Live sales

  • Social media promotions

• Promotional prices are time-limited and non-retroactive

• Secret Kreasure reserves the right to amend pricing or promotions at any time without prior notice

3. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required before order processing and shipping

• Accepted payment methods are as displayed on our official channels

• Proof of payment may be required for manual transfers

• Orders with incomplete, unverifiable, or suspicious payments may be cancelled
  
  

4. Installment Policy (Selected Items Only)

Installment is a privilege, not an entitlement.

Terms:

• Available for selected items only

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the item

• Deposit confirms reservation and item removal from sale

• Balance payment must be completed within 3 months from deposit date

• One-time extension may be considered upon request, maximum total period: 5 months

• Customer is responsible to follow up on payment completion

• Items will be shipped only after full payment is received

Overdue & Cancellation:

• Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe will result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Deposit forfeiture

  • Item returned to sale
    
    

5. Order Holding & Abandonment

• Orders held without full payment beyond agreed timelines are considered abandoned

• Secret Kreasure is not responsible for tracking unresponsive customers

• Abandoned orders will be cancelled and deposits forfeited (if applicable)
  
  

6. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (crystals, jewellery, spiritual and personal items):

• All sales are final

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Energy suitability

  • Late or incomplete payments

Exceptions:

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong item is sent, or

• Item arrives with manufacturing defect (excluding natural crystal characteristics)

Conditions:

• Notification within 48 hours of receipt

• Item must be unused and in original condition

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Deposits

• Installment cancellations

• Change of mind

• Customer unresponsiveness

• Missed or delayed payments

• Natural occurance on crystals and gemstones
  
  

Approved refunds (if applicable):

• Processed to original payment method

• Processing time: 7–14 working days

• Transaction, platform, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable
  
  

8. Natural Product Disclaimer

• Our products are made using natural stones and crystals

• Variations in colour, clarity, texture, inclusions, and shape are natural and expected

• Product photos and videos are for reference only

• These variations are not considered defects

By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept these natural characteristics.

9. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary

• Secret Kreasure is not responsible for delays caused by courier services

• Risk passes to customer upon handover to courier

  • Decline service

  • Take protective action

Screenshots and transaction records will be used as official references if disputes arise.

11. Limitation of Liability

Secret Kreasure shall not be held liable for:

• Personal interpretations of spiritual or metaphysical properties

• Individual expectations or outcomes
